

Hello, I'm Mari
I am a North West London based Level 3 Personal Trainer and fully certified APPI Pilates Matwork Teacher.
I have been running exercise sessions in Queen’s Park, Kensal Rise, Willesden, Maida Vale and the surrounding areas since 2016.
Today I offer tailor-made personal exercise programmes and nutritional support, pre- and post-natal, one to one sessions, mummy and baby sessions and active weekends away.
Why should you be training with me?
I specialise in strength training for women - of any size, shape, age and fitness level.
I firmly believe that exercising should be enjoyable - otherwise it becomes a chore and ends up on the bottom of your 'to do' list. I am a fully certified APPI Pilates Matwork Teacher. I carefully blend Pilates moves into my strength training sessions.
My fitness journey started later in life. As a mother of three and someone who has struggled with my weight, I know how hard it is to get started.

Collaboration
As a personal trainer, I’ve always believed that wellbeing should never be one-size-fits-all. My goal is to create a safe, empowering space where people feel supported — whether they’re recovering from injury, rebuilding confidence, navigating menopause, improving performance, or simply wanting to feel stronger in everyday life.
That’s why I’ve carefully chosen to collaborate with physiotherapist Mattia Zappalà and nutrition and wellbeing practitioner Selina Prager — two professionals I’ve known and trusted for years.
